How it works :-
- Browse the catalogue and select items of your choice.
- Order items on-line using the dedicated order forms.
These are found at the bottom of each items description page.
Select the metal and / or stone by using the drop down lists. The price is shown alongside - this includes Postage & Packing costs.
For Rings, select the ring size that you require from the drop down list. Most sizes are included. If your size is not, it may be possible to arrange an adjustment - contact steve@jewellery-wales.co.uk for details.
Please enter your name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number in the boxes provided. Press <RETURN> at the end of each line of your address - please remember to include your postcode. We occasionally send out special mailings to our customers. If you no not wish to receive these then please tick the box provided.
We accept payment by Credit Card across the Internet. We recommend that you encrypt your Credit Card details prior to submission of the order form. We use the Pretty Good Privacy system. Check out our PGP page for details of how to use this.
If you want then you can enter your Credit Card details straight into the order form. Although this is easier than using PGP, you should bear in mind that the form is not encrypted prior to its submission. It is possible that a third party could intercept your details. We accept no responsibility for losses so caused.

(We think that our PGP system is more secure than even placing an order by phone).
Once you have completed the order form, please click on the 'Authorise / Send Order' button. If you do not wish to submit your order then you can click the 'Clear Order' button and move to another page.
A short message will be automatically generated showing that your order has been received as soon as you submit your order. You will receive firm confirmation that your order has been accepted by e-mail soon afterwards. If you do not have an e-mail address then we will telephone you with the confirmation.
Please allow up to 28 days from your receipt of order acceptance confirmation for delivery within the UK. We normally dispatch orders as soon as payment has cleared. In certain cases, if an item is not in stock, dispatch may be delayed as it will be specially made.
